Do I need to purchase a monogram first?
Yes — this add-on is built from your monogram, purchased separately before this.
Can I give these files to my invitation designer?
Yes. All files are provided in formats ready for a designer or printer to work with directly. They will have full usage right s to use your wedding identity artwork across any of your wedding stationery.
Will you suggest fonts or typography?
This add-on focuses on your monogram lockups, colour palette, and file formats — typography suggestions aren't included.
How long does the process take?
From brief to first delivery, the process typically takes 2–3 days. Revision turnaround is similarly swift. Final files are delivered once revisions are complete and you're happy with the result.
What file formats will I receive?
Your logo suite is delivered in PNG, SVG, PDF, and JPEG — all the formats you'll need for print, digital, web, and social use. Files are provided black, white and your custom colour so you always have the right version for any background or application.
What is your refund policy?
As this is a custom design service, we're unable to offer refunds once work has commenced. If you change you rmind BEFORE design work commences then we can refund your order.
