This is a semi-custom branding service. Your primary logo will be created using the typography and styling shown in the product examples and customised to suit your business name and chosen monogram collection.
This service does not include a custom monogram design.

Do I need to purchase a monogram first?
Yes — a Linked Letters Studio monogram is required as the foundation of your logo suite. Your monogram becomes the submark at the heart of your brand, so it must be purchased separately before or alongside your logo suite order. You can browse the full monogram collection on our website.
Can I choose any monogram style?
Yes — all five of our signature styles (Amalfi, Seraph, Valencia, Reverie, and Origin) are available as the basis for a logo suite. Your logo suite will be designed to complement whichever style you choose, so the typography and layout are always considered in relation to your monogram's character.
How many logo concepts will I receive?
We present one considered direction rather than multiple concepts. This is intentional — rather than spreading our focus across several options, we invest it fully in one beautifully resolved design based on your brief, your monogram style, and your brand's character. Two rounds of revisions are included to refine that direction until it feels exactly right.
How long does the process take?
From brief to first delivery, the process typically takes 2–3 days. Revision turnaround is similarly swift. Final files are delivered once revisions are complete and you're happy with the result.
What file formats will I receive?
Your logo suite is delivered in PNG, SVG, PDF, and JPEG — all the formats you'll need for print, digital, web, and social use. Files are provided in all colour variations so you always have the right version for any background or application.
What can I use my logo for?
Your logo suite is licensed for full commercial use across your business — website, social media, packaging, printed materials, signage, and more. It's yours to use wherever your brand shows up
What is your refund policy?
As this is a custom design service, we're unable to offer refunds once work has commenced. We recommend reviewing your brief carefully before submitting, or reach out to us if you have any questions before placing your order.
